Privacy policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers the $PEAR website and the tools we run on it. It does not cover pump.fun, Solana itself, wallet software, block explorers, RPC providers, IPFS gateways, Dexscreener, Polymarket, Kalshi, X, or any other service you use before, during or after using $PEAR. Those have their own policies and you should read them.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, any of the following.

• —Your legal name, phone number, postal address or date of birth.
• —Government ID, selfies or proof of address.
• —Card or bank account details.
• —Seed phrases or private keys. We will never ask for these, and anyone who does is trying to rob you.
• —Face or fingerprint data, precise location, or device fingerprints.
• —Advertising profiles. We run no ads and we do not sell data.

3. What is collected automatically

When you open the site or call the public API, our hosting providers handle the ordinary technical details of a web request.

• —Your IP address, which is also used to apply rate limits.
• —Your browser and operating system.
• —The page or endpoint requested, the response status, the time and roughly how long it took.
• —The page that sent you here, if your browser passes one along.
• —For public API calls, the coin or question asked about, so we can see how the API is used.

4. What is stored in your browser

We store a small note in your browser so the opening screen does not greet you twice, and so a launch you started can be picked up if you reload the page. It stays on your device and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

5. What you give us

When you make a coin, we record what is needed to make it and show it: the name, ticker, picture, story, links, the question you paired it with, the address you gave, the amount you sent, and the resulting coin address and activity.

Almost all of this is meant to be public — it is what your coin's page shows and what the coin itself carries on-chain. Treat everything you type as permanently and publicly linkable to your coin.

6. If you make an account

An account holds your email address and a securely hashed password, or the fact that you signed in with Google. It exists so you can come back and see your own coins. It is not required to make a coin.

7. On-chain data is public and permanent

Solana is a public ledger. Every payment, coin, fee claim, buy and burn is recorded there, is visible to anyone in the world, and cannot be edited, redacted or deleted — not by you, not by us, not by anyone.

We show that public data in the interface. We do not try to link addresses to real-world identities, but addresses are pseudonymous rather than anonymous, and others may be able to work out who is who from information we never hold.

8. Counts we keep

We count how often a coin is opened and how often people tap through to trade it, so the rankings and the performance page mean something. These counts are kept per coin, not per visitor, and are not tied to your IP address, browser or wallet.

9. Who we share with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Limited data is shared only in these situations.

• —The providers we use to run the site — hosting, database, key management and storage — strictly to provide their service to us.
• —Public blockchains and everyone on them, inherently, whenever a transaction is broadcast.
• —Law enforcement or regulators where disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to look into fraud, abuse or a security incident, or to protect someone's safety. Where lawful and practical we will resist overbroad requests, and will tell you where we can.
• —A successor, if the service is ever transferred, merged or acquired, under this same policy.

10. International transfers

The infrastructure behind $PEAR may sit anywhere in the world, and blockchains are global by design. Using the service means the data described here may be handled in countries whose data protection laws differ from your own.

11. How long we keep things

Server and security logs are kept for a short operational period — normally no more than 90 days — then discarded or overwritten, unless we need to keep one longer to look into an incident or to comply with the law.

Records of coins, payments, refunds, buys and burns are kept for as long as the service runs, because they are the audit trail for money and must stay reconcilable.

Blockchain records are permanent and outside our control.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical steps to protect the service: keys held in managed custody, internal access controls, rate limiting, and safeguards so a payment is never processed twice.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee these steps will stop every unauthorised access, loss or misuse. You use $PEAR at your own risk and you are solely responsible for the security of your own devices, wallets and keys.

If you find a vulnerability, please report it to us privately on X rather than exploiting or publishing it.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete, restrict or object to how your personal data is handled, to take it elsewhere, or to complain to your local authority.

In practice, because we hold almost no personal data, there is usually little to exercise those rights against. We will answer a genuine request about the limited data we do hold, subject to two firm limits: we cannot change or delete anything recorded on a public blockchain, and we must keep records we are legally required to keep or that we need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

To make a request, contact us on X. We may need to ask for enough information to check the request genuinely relates to you.

14. Children

$PEAR is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete what we hold.

15. Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, so we do not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. There is nothing for them to switch off.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes, by posting a new version here with a new date. Continuing to use $PEAR after a change means you accept the revised policy.
